Problema con modulo DMC en RNS2 en WV T5 Multivan

Al final  despues de mucho leer me decidi por el DMC ,pero como se ve en las fotos y por mucho que digan que es compatible no hay manera de ponerlo, alguien que sepa decirme si el mazo de cables esta mal configurado?

necesitare otro adaptador mas?
