Free camping in northern spain

Hola amigos
I am to visit navarre and avalon maybe further into spain,i wish to know where i can stay gratis,would like there to be other camping cars around too,i am in spain september 2nd for at least 1 week,any help appreciated,i also need to know where i can buy the permit to fish in lakes and rivers.. gracias amigo's and see you soon

Free places, and probably u won't be alone in sept. No idea about fishing, but probably will be difficult to have a pass for only a week.
